Ordering styles/colors not shown

We have a constantly growing and changing selection of products available, and many new items may not be shown on the website yet. If you would like something in particular that you don't see, please feel free to contact us and ask! We will do our best to accomodate your needs.
If a style or color is shown in the item photo, but does not appear in the drop down menus or the menu or description indicates that what you want is not available in your size, that means it was out of stock the last time the site was updated. There is always a chance that the item has been restocked since then and we have not been able to update the site yet, so don't hesitate to ask!
Please note that if you place an order, you will get what you ordered, NOT what you specify in the customer comment section, unless you have contacted us and been specifically told to do so, and you include the customer code that you were given.

Sizing

As anyone who has ever shopped for clothing (ESPECIALLY womens clothing) knows, there is no standardization in clothing sizes. Even things that are SUPPOSED to be sized in inches (like men's jeans) seem to vary widely. That said, we will always try to give you as much information as we can about the sizing, but as the items come from a huge variety of different manufacturers and are sent directly from the warehouse, we can only go by what the marked size is and sometimes what we may know about a particular manufacturer. (ie: X company's shirts run small)
With shoes, the sizes tend to be a lot more standardized, but if you are unsure or if you are a 1/2 size, it is a good idea to order the next size up.
The VERY best thing you can do, if possible, is to go to a local retailer that sells the same brand of clothing or shoes and try on several styles similar to what you are interested in, then come back here to buy them at a much lower price! (Or, if you find a better deal on the exact same thing, tell us about it! We want to know!)

Estimated Shipping Times

The bottom line: Your order (within the USA, including Puerto Rico) should reach you within 10-15 days. Usually, it will be sooner, but we prefer that any surprises you get from us are pleasant ones! For more details, keep reading.
Orders are processed as soon as payment clears, which depends on your financial institution.
Processing of your order (sending information to the warehouse, pulling your item(s) from stock, triple checking for damage and accuracy and packaging your order) generally takes 1 to 5 days, but occasionally will take up to 7 days. (90% of orders are processed within 3 days, 99% within 5 days.)
THEN your order is given to UPS. Once UPS has picked up the order from the warehouse in in San Diego, Ca, the delivery time takes from 1 to 5 business days for ground service.
For example: to California, it takes 1 or 2 business days ground delivery time; going to the southeast coast like Florida, it takes 4 business days ground delivery time; to the northeast coast like New York, it takes closer to 5 business days ground delivery time.

Please remember that while we will do everything in our power to insure that your order reaches you in a timely fashion, these times are estimated guidelines and not a guarantee!

Tracking your order

If you do not receive an email with shipping and tracking information within 3-5 days of placing your order, please contact us and we will email you with your shipping/tracking information. Be sure to include your full name and the order number in your message.
Tracking information is usually available within 12 hours of your package leaving the warehouse.

International Shipping

Fetish Shoes & More does ship internationally to most countries, but our shopping cart software doesn't currently support the international shipping calculator. If you live outside the USA and would like a shipping estimate, please contact us. To get the shipping estimate more quickly, add the desired items to your cart, then cut and paste all item numbers into the contact form with your request.

Returns

All orders are FINAL.
Because we are offering products to you at only a tiny fraction above wholesale cost and due to the red tape and expense associated with returning items to the warehouse (which will give us only partial credit, often making it cost MORE to return items than to simply eat the cost of the merchandise), we can ONLY accept returns if your item arrives to you damaged, or if the item(s) you receive are not what you ordered.
Please double check your shopping cart to be absolutely positive that you have selected the size, quantity, style, color, etc that you want! Fetish Shoes & More cannot and will not be responsible for typograpical errors, "misclicks" and/or omissions on your part.

If you receive merchanise that is damaged or not what you ordered, please follow these directions EXACTLY to receive a refund.

• Do not return anything until you have been given specific instructions on how to do so.

• Receipt of a damaged or incorrect order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Please include a detailed accounting of exactly what the problem with the order is.

• Returns will not be accepted with damage of ANY kind (unless the damage was present when your package was delivered), including sun-fading, smoke smell, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, etc. Items must be undamaged, unworn, "like new", pristine, RESALEABLE merchandise and must include all original tags, bags, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc.

Merchandise that does not meet the above standards, including ANY unsolicited return for ANY reason will not be credited or processed and the sender will have to pay shipping charges in advance to have the box returned. Uncalled for merchandise will be discarded after 30 days.
